The continuation of our journey discussing Equity and Equality resumes on Thursday, February 24th from 5:00-6:30PM with IWF Chicago member, Diane Primo.

Diane Primo, CEO, Purpose Brand, will open the program with highlights from her book "ALL Report: Culture, Diversity, Leadership - Stop Talking and Execute".  The newly released book explains the 21st-century workforce dilemma; reveals why white males are critical to a a solution; and offers an actionable 7-step DE&I plan.

Following Diane's presentation, we transition into small groups.  The theme for our initial conversation will be Privilege.

Groups will be moderated by DEI facilitators comprised of IWF members and Loyola University's Baumhart scholars.

A suggested reading list will be sent to registrants on February 19th.
