The goal of the ‘Conversations’ is for IWF nonprofit peers to meet in a safe environment for an honest and ACTIVE dialogue on key topics facing the sector today.

The ‘Conversations’ will be facilitated by Mary Lee Montague, Past IWF President (2017-2019) and Founder/Chief Consultant for Montague & Associates, an executive search firm focused on the nonprofit sector.  Mary Lee has a long nonprofit history including teaching at Kellogg Center for Nonprofit Management and “brings a wealth of experience, trust and humor to any conversation”.

Space will be limited for each Zoom. If there is enough interest a second session on the same topic will be scheduled.
