IWF Chicago March 31 Dinner Program
The IWF Program Committee is excited to welcome Venerable MiaoHong, Appointee for Member, President’s Advisory Council on Faith-Based and Neighborhood Partnerships for a discussion on Buddhism.

About the Speaker
Venerable Miaohong joined the FoGaungShan monastic order in 1990. Since then she has been served in various branch temples of FoGuangShan in Taiwan, Australia and United States. Currently she served as a special assistant to the Board of Trustees of the University of the West since 2011 and as a BLIA representative to the United Nations since 2009. She is a graduate of FoGuangShan Buddhist College, having studied Mahayana Tradition in Taiwan. She received a B.A. in International Marketing from Curtin University and a M.A. in International Marketing from Swinburne University.
Parking: Street meter parking available along Archer Avenue. There are two main parking lots along the CTA train less than one block away (a parking discount ticket will be available from restaurant).
