The IWF Chicago and the University of Chicago Leadership & Society Initiative -LSI invite you to an interactive workshop to help you imagine and discern a next chapter that could be your most generative and purposeful yet.

This workshop will explore insights from UChicago’s Leadership & Society Initiative (LSI), which supports experienced leaders in designing meaningful next chapters for themselves and for society. The session will begin with an overview of the science behind new longevity and key characteristics of purpose at this life stage. The LSI team will explore its Purpose Plan method – know oneself, understand the world, and envision the future – as a case study, and discuss with a panel of purpose-driven leaders – Renu Kulkarni, Laura Dunne, and Janet Foutty – about how they are navigating their next chapters. The gathering will culminate in a hands-on workshop to reflect and generate ideas for defining your why, what, and how to bring your values, leadership, and impact into alignment as you move forward.

*Take advantage of this event as a great opportunity to invite potential membership candidates and introduce them to our IWF community*
