Use my position as a woman of influence to empower other women, especially those underrepresented at the executive level, to advance, maintain, and return to their careers: - Support the implementation of practices, policies and programs in my organization(s) that make it easier for women – especially BIPOC women, Latinas and caretakers – to establish, advance, maintain and return to their careers (i.e. work flexibility, performance evaluation, access to comprehensive health services, and care-giving resources and services).
- Identify 1 - 2 pre- to mid-level management women who fall outside of my familiar network. Offer to advocate for and support the advancement of her career by helping to expand her network and build her image and overall exposure.
